I did a self-exam (using YouTube) for diastasis recti, and although it came out that I don't actually have it, well... I still have the belly bulge from having 2 babies very close together. It actually got much worse from having the Mirena.
I can't afford a personal trainer to really work on it, but I'd like to do as much independent exercise as possible. I'm over a year postpartum at this point.
Anyone have links to YouTube videos or free resources? Thanks.
