Should I just stop going to the gym? Or should I go and let ner cry? I really love going, im so upset if I’ll have to stop

Can you go during her nap time? Or when DH can be home with her?

So go. Your baby will be ok. You need to take care of yourself. If you trust the babysitter, I see no problem with it

This. I am NOT a fan of letting a baby cry it out, but this is one hour of self care you deserve. Being a stay at home mom is exhausting and you need the social and mental time off.

I would not let my baby cry. Can you excersize at home while she watches? Or naps? Can she join you?

How long has this been happening? Sometimes babies just need to learn that their mothers can leave and come back.

I tried both. When I told her bye she bursted out crying and the babysitter claimed she cried the entire time. Then the next time I put her w the toys on the floor laughed to her she smiled back to me then when ahe wasn’t looking I sneaked out. When I came back they said she cried the entire time

It can take a while for the child to learn the routine, but it helps to be consistent. It's good for the child in the long run if she learns to wait.

Is twice a week considered a routine? Or it has to be every day?

Maybe try a different babysitter? Some are better at calming a crying baby than others.
