Who sells good thermal tops and pants for kids and is cheap
what else can I dress them in to keep them warm?

I bought DH hand warmers. They make foot warmers too. You can also bring blankets.

the email they sent me about important info says: When you enter the stadium, you’ll receive a bag containing the HaSiyum magazines and a warming package – hand, foot, and body warmers.

Costco sells 32 degree underwear. Keeps my kids warm all winter.
