Ketchup and sauce are much more likely to cause a reaction than grape tomatoes, because they get all over the skin. I don't know if it would be a true allergy or just a sensitivity, for that you need to do testing. Just sharing my personal experience with tomato products. .

This. My non- allergic toddler breaks out from any acidic food. It's normal, especially in younger kids. Try smearing vaseline/moisturizer around your child's mouth before feeding him these foods again and see if he still reacts.

He’s allergic to food coloring so no Lolly’s. We tried videos but he still screamed bloody murder.

I’m really getting nervous now. Allergies are so foreign to me. Nobody in my family has even the slightest allergy.

Just wondering, did the allergist test for the food coloring allergy? Are there tests for specific kinds?
It wasn't on my allergist's testing list so maybe I need to request it?

The allergist said there’s no way to test for food coloring so we should just stay away. But I see him break out every time so I know...

My doctor actually recommends smearing coconut oil as a more healthy barrier.
