This is driving me insane because I'm pretty sure I've seen it in one of the salad threads before, but anyway, anyone know the full recipe to the following cold salad? I haven't done it in ages and forgot the dressing ingredients and measurements.
Here's what I remember is in it:
Pasta
Red peppers
Lots of raw garlic
Probably other things
Dressing:
Soy sauce
Oil
Lemon juice I think?
Probably other things including salt and pepper
It's served cold and none of the veggies are fried. Only cooked thing is the pasta.
