I had the virus two weeks ago (no test but I had chills, sweating when I took Tylenol, achy legs and hands, cough, loss of taste and smell).
All symptoms subsided. Now I have achy legs again. I happen to have a newborn and am up for hours each night. Can it be from lack of sleep?

You may have had a different virus then or a different virus now. It is still flu season.

I had very sore calves if I pointed my toes up to stretch. Trying to get back into my yoga routine was a challenge.
Take magnesium supplements, and stay as hydrated as you can. It will pass.

My nephew was sick 2 weeks with parents. All had typical symptoms like loss of taste. He had fever again now after being fine. He hasn’t left his house the entire time.
Could be something new. Or same thing.

Funny- for me, pointing my toes up offers relief!

I meant that if I were standing, and pointed my toes towards the ceiling, not down like a ballerina. Hope that makes sense.

Yes- like flexing the muscles? When I flex my feet the aches go away temporarily.

The info that my daughter was given is that the virus can last awhile, meaning several weeks.

You have Absolutely no idea if you had Covid19 two weeks ago, and that is the problem with everybody self diagnosing. Just like you have no idea what you have now. Call your doctor and discuss, that is all you can do and that is the only responsible thing to do. Refuah shlemah!
As a big aside, this is the problem with everybody’s self diagnosing Covid19. People think they’ve had it and then go out in public afterwards under the presumption that they are now immune. Other than the fact that we have no idea about immunity after, people are assuming they have it when they don't.

It is a problem. My dr dx me based on everyone in the family getting fever, cough, losing taste and smell. I've now joined the club. She told me the CDC guidelines for reentering the world but I think I'm going to try to add weeks, instead of days as a cushion.

It might all be Kimpeturinitis and not even COVID-19.

My friend had a positive test, symptoms subsided by 14 days. She went to give antibodies and got a call that while she has the antibodies in her blood, her test for covid is still positive!

Watergirl, my dr said I had it because I live in NJ where it's rampant. They did not allow me to get tested due to "mild" symptoms. I followed the dr's advice all the way through.
The dr called me back and said if I haven't been sleeping (I haven't- I started the thread about the newborn who won't sleep) it's very possibly due to that. Plus yesrtyda I was on my feet all day cleaning

they still don't have data on reinfection as well as how long you can still shed the virus . Symptoms can also remain for several weeks.

I used to get pain in my legs during pg, and my doctor told me whenever that happens I should point my toes up. It worked - gave relief, untwists the muscles.
Sounds a bit like what you are describing.
