I'm so sick of office work, but unfortunately, that's the only field I have experience in. Close to 10 years of it.

Desperately looking for another area to work in, besides childcare/babysitting that I don't need to go to school for.

Dreaming of starting a bakery/catering business but too many logistics involved and I don't have the right facilities for something with a hechsher.

Any other ideas?

Would you speak to a career coach?
hard to advise with just the info you gave
some skills are transferable and obviously some things really drain your energy

Most of my skills are admin related. I want to work with people face to face instead of through emails. Would also love to do something creative even though I'm not artsy.

Not sure I would be comfortable doing this for various reasons.

I do staffing and recruiting. Its a good mix of office work and in person interaction. Its very satisfying to help someone get a better job. But I am mostly able to leave work at work.

Interesting. What kind of skills would I need for that?

You need strong communication skills and enjoy working with people. For me this was not my first career and there were no required skills. The job actually kind of fell in my lap and I've been here for a very long time.
