I’m just beginning my second semester. Since all you wonderful imas are always so helpful finding great products, can anyone help me find maxi dresses that can be used for maternity as well as I get bigger? I’m pretty petite in general, so I can probably get away with non maternity looser styles. Thank you!

I just ordered this. It comes in diff colors and patterns. I’m just not sure about the neck because there are a few listings with what looks like the same dress, but in some of the pics posted in the reviews, the neckline is very low. So I’ll have to see how it is when it comes.

Thanks for sharing! If you can, please update when you receive as to how neckline is. They look perfect, but would prefer not to have to wear shell underneath

I love my maxi dress from cmoi. Wearing it post baby as well.

No shell, material is still soft and not pilly after wearing it pretty much every week for almost a year.

I bought this and loving it! I took in the neckline but it's a stretchy fabric so I have no problem pulling it on and off easily. I also shortened the sleeves as I like it 3/4 length.
I'm in my 2nd trimester. I originally bought this as a non maternity dress but I'm really enjoying it now.

Ok that looks like it’s the same one I ordered in a diff color. How low was the neckline? Right under the collar bone or much lower?

Amazon and the pilly fabric doesn’t do it for me. I like things that last longer so I don’t have to shop so soon. Anything links to a little higher quality imas can share?

I know you asked for maxi and not all of these are maxi, I just want to share the 'non-maternity' dresses I have been wearing the past weks. (I just started my 3rd trimester.)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....47b09
(I got a solid black one, and the leopard print.)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....9fc05

https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....0ac79

https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....38717
(This dress gives a little more material on top(the waist is not very high.) If you are not large chested the waist might cut too low. I am a 32G (DDD) and it works for me)

I got this before I found out I was pregnant. Its a loose fit extra fabric in the back it looks like itll fit me till after the summer but for sure not till the end. Neckline is great and no shell needed

Much lower. I took it in by the shoulder. I have a sewing machine so it was easy. You can't tell it's taken in.
Some people put in an elastic in the neckline, I prefer a smooth look.
