I hate it when I wear a dress even with a lining sometimes and you can see the outline of my bra or knickers? What do I wear underneath? Any ideas would be great!

Nude stockings help in addition to the above. If it’s a dress you can wear a full slip that hides your bra and underwear

If the line of your undies shows thru, the dress is either too tight or too clingy. Wear something else. If the color of your undies shows through, the dress is either too flimsy or too pale a color. Wearing skin-tone undies can camouflage that.

I don't buy clothing that does that. I'll put it back on the rack.
Sometimes a tank top can help.

I found a brand of slips which are wonderful. I don't know what technology they use, but the slips are cool and silky feeling, and somehow you put on an extra layer and end up feeling cooler! They are not cheap, but the oldest one I have I bought five years ago, and it is still in good condition.
Mark's and Spencer Cool Tec lingerie. You can order from them on line, or they may be some equivalent available in America.

There are brands that make special designs to not poke into your skin and without thick seams so it doesnt show especially if you also wear a modern day slip too, whatever they are renamed. If it stills shows after all that, skip the dress.

Wow! That’s so interesting and sounds so uncomfortable! Plus not to be TMI but don’t you ever have discharge? Or also what about your period? No underwear?
