In 1-2 sizes bigger than this pic, yes.
Very pretty if you get the right size.

It's a very clingy and hip-hugging style. Not very tzniusdik

No. This cut and style is meant to fit snugly. If you size up enough to be tznius, its just going to look frumpy.

No sorry.
Its very tight and shows the entire shape of the body.
I give you a lot of credit for asking. It shows you care to do the right thing.

Looks tight. I think with a long cardigan, it’d be okay. Definitely more of a skinny girl type of dress.

It seems short also a long cardigan really would be cute but to wear without looks a bit too tight for comfort.

"Bodycon" usually means skintight. If inexpensive, it is usually also too thin and clingy.

I believe the rule is that there should be a couple of inches leeway at the breast and hips (meaning you could pull the material away from your body without forcing the material and measure some actual space between you and the garment). This ensures that it isn't so tight-fitting as to highlight areas of your body that shouldn't be available for public consumption.

Also, just in case you would wear without a shell, the neckline isn't great.

Kol hakavod for asking, wish I was that brave and honest with myself!

ETA: The material looks like shell material, if you look at the dark color options, it's pretty see-through too. So if your undergarments were dark enough, they would be clearly visible (not just in shape). And your skin may show through as well.

no. if it is made to be suggestive, I believe that in and of itself is problematic. this definitely fits into that category...

If you look at the pics of many of the reviewers, you can see bra lines. And even for those you can't see, it "clearly accentuates their assets," as one reviewer put it. There are many subtleties and differences of opinion in areas of tznius, but a garment designed to clearly accentuate your assets doesn't meet any of them - pass.

I would say it depends on your body shape.
If you're straight up and down (or if it's for a young girl) then it's fine.

If you have curves, you need to look carefully at how it's made - fabric thickness, stretchiness, is it lined...

it is described as bodycon which is a style that is at odds at least with the spirit of tznius, if not the letter of the law.  as other posters discussed, it may work a couple sizes too big, but I would tend to agree with the poster who thought probably not-- it is a style specifically designed to be form-fitting..

that being said it could be that al pi halacha it is permitted on a basic level, and only the wearer knows where she is holding in this mitzva-- if she is new to tznius and/or struggles with it, it could be a step up for her, depending where's she coming from.  if the OP is asking for herself, as we assume, then kol hakavod to her for asking the question and thinking about it carefully.

OP here

I will not be ordering the dress. Also because it’s the 3 weeks and we should not buy new clothes. I just wanted to hear opinions though so thank you Imahot

If you are skinny skinny, no fat anywhere, then Im sure its fine. I have a friend who has that dress and she is a tooth pick thin person. The dress hangs on her. Its fine. But if one is busty and has fat anywhere, I think it just wouldnt look nice.
