Yesterday was fettuccini alfredo. Tonight is iyH veggie nuggets, regular and sweet potatoe fries, rice pilaf, and a TBD green vegetable.

Tomorrow is iyH stuffed manicotti.

No clue yet for Wednesday. Need to check in with the fasters.

I can totally relate. We have dairy, nut and peanut allergies. In addition I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and told to stay away from the hard cheeses and egg yolks. Add picky eaters and meal time during the year is hard. Add no meat/chicken and it's really really hard.

We use daiya, but only 3 of my 5 kids will touch it. And of the 3 one won't touch any tomato based sauce, etc, so lasagna is out as well as most other cheese dishes.

Last night we had breaded fillet fish. But I have some kids who won't touch it, so one went and got himself a yogurt and bowl of cereal and one had pareve leftovers from shabbos.

I think we'll do hot pretzels one night. I feel like it's cheating, but I don't have many choices.
