There are 4 Brookwoods overall all of them are more yeshivish but all have a mix. You can also look into harmony farms or Oakley hill neighborhoods that’s litvish yeshiva guys not as yeshivish as the brookwoods. Also very nice neighborhoods

Yes. 14th street area, Khal Chassidim shul and Lev Avos, with all surrounding areas. Not exclusively heimishe/chassidish, but plenty, in all age ranges.

I would say average age is in low to mid 30's. Litvishe type, frum, simple, warm. I have a sister who lives there and loves it. Kids up to like 10 years old, I would say.
