Did you see the ad for Attraczia on Shamgar? A small luna park for small kids. Wouldn't work if your kids are over 10, I think. But I didn't go though, so not sure.

there is a museum אסירי המחתרת in the russian compound, near the עיריה. Good for school aged children. it is located in the actual building that was a prison during the british mandate, where Rav Aryeh Levine would go and visit the underground activists that were imprisoned.
We went last summer and they had a game, like an escape room, with activities to do in each of the rooms.
This summer there is a project that the municipality is doing, where you get a tablet and have to find clues in different areas of the city. Did no actually do it, but saw advertisements and looks like fun..
