Likely has less to do with marriage and more to do with natural metabolism slowing down as you age

Marriage coincides with babies so I think that's the big issue with weight gain! I'm not sure how much I weighted pre marriage but I definitely weigh more now. To be fair, I look after my body alot better now and I think the weight is healthy

Huh
I’m pregnant now but before that I think I was down like 10 pounds from marriage 16+ years ago.
Most of my friends are also thinner now. No idea why you’d think that everyone gains.

10 years, 3 kids b"ah.
Gained a lot with each one, but lost all the weight from each through healthy eating and regular intense workouts. (Took about 2 years after each birth of doing this seriously for it all to come off)
So, total weight gain, none
