Where else does it go?

In the pantry LOL
My mom always bought a huge bottle that was always greasy because it was so unwieldy to pour, and she kept it under the sink in a pan lined with paper towels so it wouldn’t leak all over. I just buy a small bottle and keep in the pantry.. never had any leaks.

No, that’s interesting. So what’s on bottom?

Shall I start? Ha
Basch. Crockpot. Toaster. Toaster oven. Shopping bags. Oil. Dish soap. Etc

Apparently she put it there cuz she had a small kitchen. Or maybe she couldn't bend? No clue. I should ask her. But didn't take it from HER mom as I remember my grandma definitely didn't keep it up there.

I like the idea of no bending in search of the right pot but wouldn’t have place on a top cabinet.

My mother taught me to keep it on bottom so that it wouldn't dent the counters/stovetop if it would fall.
Now that I think about it, our cabinets weren't THAT messy where things kept on tumbling out every time we opened the cabinets, so I don't know why she assumed that things would keep on falling out.
That said, my dishes are in upper cabinets and they are harder to just 'grab' out of a bottom cabinet, so that settles that.

Anyone else keeps it there? I'm really curious

I keep them on top, and so did my mother. I can't imagine keeping them on bottom.

How do pots fit in the top cabinets?

Btw I got myself a 40 quart pot before YT if anyone wants to borrow it.

My husband's freind, when he saw my husband taking it to toivel, asked him if we're going into catering.
🙈
Little does he know that whatever quantity of food I wanted in there still didn't fit.

I’ll have you in mind when a matzev like that comes up.
I’m assuming your mom owns such a monstrosity too.

You can use it to bathe your toddler in the kitchen while you’re eating dinner peacefully.
I own 2 20 qt pots. I can’t imagine where I’d keep a 40 quarter.

Me still young, no big cook. My biggest is only a 12qt and right, doesn't fit in a top cabinet. So that's in a bottom. I might reconsider once I have more or older kids Tongue Out

Clean the floor with a cloth. Never owned a mop. I knew mops existed, but learned to love the cloth as the superior method to clean the whole floor.

And you can bathe 2 babies at once with 2 pots.
Not sure about the peacefully part.

Now let me tell you.
I wanted to buy a 20 qt.
My sister told me that its never the actual number plus you can't fill a pot up till the top so you end up losing a quart or two.

Which made me look into 32 qt.
Which made me see the 40 qt. sleek looking pot on Amazon.

It was love at first sight.

I’m just trying to picture carrying a pot like that from the sink to the stove. I hardly manage my 20’s.
It’s true that it’s not an exact amount because one of my “20’s” is bigger than the other. It always gives me an additional container soup.

Interesting that your pots aren't identical.
Were they in the same sac?

Seriously though
I can't imagine two Farberware pots, same size, not being identical.

(Not that my 40 qt. Is Farberware- I'm otd like that... yeah)

They’re 10 years apart. They share the same mom but different birthdays (and genders).

Doubt it. One is a flimsy junk, the other is good stuff. (One takes after the mom, one after the dad. Not telling you which is which.)
