Any suggestions of Yiddish books for 8-12 year old kids (boys and girls) who understand a rudimentary Yiddish? They'll persevere through words they don't know if the book is good enough.
I bought them 21 Unter 1 Dach (volume 1) and although there were many unfamiliar words they want me to get the second volume, so that's a win! Any other recommendations?
I'd also love to read a novel in Yiddish myself, to improve my own Yiddish. Any suggestions of books that are really worth it for me to struggle through?
