I need to travel by plane to NY.
I never had covid, and as of September I don’t have antibodies
Should I supplement with Quarcetin and Zinc.
These things I already have from when DH tested positive.
I don’t usually take any supplements.

This is a question for your doctor, not some anonymous ladies on the Internet. And any possibility of driving instead of flying, or pushing off the trip until after you've gotten vaccinated?

I hear you
I’m not planning on getting vaccinated as of yet. In the future I may change my mind.
Traveling can not be postponed
My Dr. doesn’t believe in supplements.
He said go ahead if you want expensive urine.
I’m in my 50s and in good health.

There is nothing wrong with taking ZINC or quercitin. You can hardly overdose on that.
Yes you have nothing to lose. Boost your immune system with other stuff too.

I was on those supplements when I caught the coronavirus but maybe they kept me out of the hospital. I don't know what effect that they had but they don't prevent people from catching coronavirus.

I would take it no downside. Does not prevent catching it yet mitigates symptoms typically
