Beat whip. Add 3 eggs, 1/4 c sugar and 1 scoop vanilla sugar. Beat until combined. Add 1/3 c lotus. Pour into pie crust and freeze. If you wanna be a bit fancier, sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Thanks! Trying not to take out a mixer to beat a whip. Any other good ideas?

There’s an easy recipe for brownies
5 ingredients you mix directly in the pan. It’s very good!
You can serve with a scoop of parve ice cream.
Or ... just seve the brownies... or just the ice cream with drizzled chocolate syrup on top
Editing to add that you mix the brownies with a fork, not a mixer

The cream mixture is cooked before it's frozen. You can get salmonella from uncooked eggs.

If you have a graham cracker crust available, my quick easy go to is chocolate pudding pie:
1/2 c sugar, 3TB cocoa, 1/4c cornstarch, 1/8tsp salt, 2 3/4 c milk/any non-dairy milk. Mix in a pot and whisk till bubbly and thick then pour into crust and cool completely.

1- nowadays, eggs are pasteurized
2- in a dessert, you’re eating so little egg (that’s pasteurized), that it’s unlikely you will get salmonella
OP, buy frozen ostravitzky chocolate chip cookie dough and bake a bunch of them in a pie crust

This is a no mixer, easy dessert!!
Buy a pie crust, one big whip and a package of oreo cookies.
Crack the cookies into pieces and put into pie crust.
Shake the whip for a minute, pour into pie crust over rhe cookies.
Freeze.

Since when? I've made ice cream so many times, never have I seen a recipe that says to cook the cream mixture.

no need to garnish you can drizzle choc syrup over each slice when serving...

Unless you are pregnant or serving to a pregnant woman, you really don't need to worry about the risk.

Look at the Cuisinart ice cream maker recipe booklet. All the recipes require the mixture to be cooked first. You can find the booklet online.

I am making this for Friday night:
Use a brownie mix. Pour 3/4 of the batter in a pan. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and broken up rosemarie parve chocolate on top. Pour rest of batter on top. Serve warm, alone or with ice cream
For shabbos lunch you can blend in a food processor a bag of strawberries, some orange juice and some honey. Freeze. Defrost slightly before serving. Soooooo refreshing!
