I just made about 18 liters of chicken soup for the next yom tov and Shabbos. But I have so much chicken left from the soup. Any ideas how I can use them?

How about a stir fry with chicken and vegetables? That's what I usually do if I have lots of left over chicken.

chicken chow mein. Saute lots of onions, sliced celery, some red pepper, mushrooms, water chestnuts, add shredded chicken and some chicken broth with cornstarch dissolved in it. Add bean sprouts. Serve over rice.
Another suggestion; Chicken knishes. Saute onions and chopped celery, add chicken and seasoning. Make into knishes and serve with mushroom sauce.

if you have a baby, you can put the chicken in the food processor with some broth. then freeze in individual portions for baby.
