I made those for my 14 months old and he loved them. THey are very mild (in taste and smell) so kids may really enjoy them. It is like fish sticks but homemade (and healthier )
In the food processor grind tilapia fillet. Add egg (you will see if you need more than 1), spice to taste (salt, pepper, etc). Mixture doesn't need flour. Form patties, gently roll in breadcrumbs (I used unflavored, but feel free to experiment) and brown on both sides in oil (I used canola). Delicous and very light.
