Anyone know what’s standard? My first kid in school, do we do money, gift etc for mishloach Manos?

You will get a wide variety of answers here. Ask your PTA/class parent.
My community does not give money, we give to the PTA who makes MM for the entire staff and puts your name on a list if you contributed. Going rouge is either cheap looking or looks like you are showing off.
Some people here seem to give cash is you can afford. In my community it would look like a bribe, but others depend on it to help with Pesach expenses.
Check with your community.

I would give just mishloach manos. But I want to give money to one teacher for specific efforts for my child, so I'm giving all the teachers.
