Looking for lucrative career that doesn't require a Masters' degree since no patience for long schooling. Skills-organized, fast-paced, detail-oriented, communicative, great team player. I know the basics, but any creative careers? Looking for something that's enjoyable and can feel like you are actually making a difference and using talents. Ideas?

What type of talents? (Graphics, organizing, writing, etc.)

Talents/Skills mentioned above- organized, detail-oriented, fast-paced, works well with others, communicative/collaborative. Looking for something that will make me feel I'm utilizing my talents and making a difference, not just a job that anyone can do.

Two aspects-

1) A feeling of utilizing talents which leads to feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction
2) A feeling of making a difference in people's lives and helping others

You said no Master's, but would you be okay with a Bachelor's? The talents and skills you listed sound perfect for becoming a nurse.

Yes-exactly! I always thought about it but wasn't so excited about the hours and the possibly intensity. I hear that it's very easy to get burnt out and can be treated not so well. There are many pros as far as giving and the satisfaction in helping people but I hear a lot of cons as well... Sad

Interior design or architecture. It seems to check off all the boxes on your list. If you are motivated and enjoy communicating it can be a very fulfilling career although it might take a few years to build up your name.

I have a niece who's a nurse and she loves it. (Married with kids bli ayin hara) I think if you have the passion, then you're less likely to get burnt out. I hear you about hours though... It's nice to work 3 days a week, but it's still 12 hours straight at a time.

I don’t think you can be an architect without grad school.

There is a big difference between fields that are thought to be creative and a job where you'd feel that you're making a difference. I'm not sure that the two overlap.
That said, have you thought about web development? That ticks off many of the qualities you mentioned (detail oriented, team player etc) and pays fairly well with a small investment of time. Doesn't require a masters and honestly doesn't necessarily require a degree at all.

If you really want lucrative get into tech. I'm introverted so I love the working at home on projects aspect, but there's plenty of social to it too. You have to collaborate with your team daily and discuss challenges, help others along, brainstorm... It's great, highly recommend.

Real estate broker. In NY you need to take a licensing exam and then work under another broker for a few years but there is no schooling involved and it can be a great career for a go getter.

I thought of nursing also. If you don't want, maybe medical assisting? Sonography? Although not particularly lucrative though

Thanks, can you be more specific about tech jobs? Where would you recommend starting? Are there positions that would train on the job, or would it require some background/a degree/a bootcamp?
