I have alot of deli leftover from a simcha that I froze the day of the simcha.
Would you defrost it to make deliroll and refreeze?

How about defrost, make the deli roll, and then serve it. Don't refreeze.

The problem is that the dough will make more than one and we don't need so much at once.
Anyone else?

If you bake it after making the deli roll, you can refreeze.
