Thinking of Going to a chiropractor for first time was told they do light touch for my back pain , slipped disc , anything I should know in advance , if I have to go to Mikvah on day of chiropractor will they do anything that will prevent me from going? Thanks in advance really nervous if I should go or not in general never did this before
