Only thing thing I know from personal experience go really and truly control appetite is cutting out sugar and carbs... only eating protein, vegetable, healthy oil and fat

Can you give sample easy examples of what you eat each day? I know the rules but it's so hard to work into daily life with BH working and taking care of a family and making meals that everyone else will eat but I don't want to...

Lots of thin black tea (1 teabag to 0.5 - 1 liter of hot water) with nothing else in it. It's slightly bitter and not very tasty but for me it lowers appetite for a few hours in a row.
