You can always call their contact office to make sure you have the right address. I've called Mishpacha a few times for various questions and they've always been very helpful.
Not sure why you think there is a conspiracy to keep submissions private and closed to all but a few???

Check that you typed all the letters correctly, spaced properly and used a period rather than a comma.
