Is this sentence correct:

How can I control my perception of their actions and attitude towards me?

If it's not correct, can you please fix it for me? Thanks so much!!

Thanks for your help!
I'm not very good at English.

In your sentence, doesn't it look like I am looking to change the negative feeling I have about their actions and attitude towards me?

I want to pretend that I wasn't offended. And need to control it so that I shouldn't get offended.

Please ignore my ignorance, what exactly does the above sentence tell about me?

TIA!

It makes you sound like you want to maintain an aloof, if not gracious, facade, despite your personal feelings.

This may indicate a very considerate personality, as you don't want them to be offended by your distaste of them; alternatively, it may indicate a controlling personality who demands from herself to be seen only emotionally even-keeled.
