Omg I could cry tears of joy! I had such terrible SMs as a kallah. Had to go to two diff repair people to fix the mistakes on the initial sheitals. one repair lady didnt answer my call for an appt for a month and I felt bad asking to see her. (why the heck am I feeling bad? im paying her)
bh I finally found a sheital macher that answers my texts or calls and doesnt ghost me for 3 weeks when she has my wig for repairs
a new sheital macher in queens
she is fantastic. answers texts. professional. focused on me at my appt.

yes lol.
im still trying to fix up my zissy.
I think I just got a lemon... 
took it to a repair lady, paid 75$ to add hair to lace front. she then thinned it out and left bald patches. had to go to another repair lady to pay another 75$ to get hair added. first repair lady added double knots with every hair added to lace.
slowly fixing it with this new SM to be somewhat wearable...

Shes a young girl just starting out

She cut my sheital beautifully for 125$
Pretty sad that a young girl in her 20s has more business smarts than these women in their 40s I went to. She has a separate phone for customers to text, her assistant answered promptly, professional salon etc. I was very happy BH.

whats a reasonable amount of time for a business owner not to answer business text on their work line?
like if I text SM for an appt on wednesday and she doesnt answer by sunday, would u reach out again?
