I was wondering which websites I can post on, we are looking to hire m/o college students who are shomer Shabbos to work in a restaurant in Manhattan, it has been very difficult to find employees due to Covid. Where can I post an advertisement?
Help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you try the YU classifieds? I don't know personally but it seems like that would work.

There is a Chabad of lower Manhattan where they hang out. Maybe there.

JLIC is part of the Orthodox Union (the OU-like the hechsher). the JLIC stands for Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus, and unlike the hillel (all Jews) is really geared to support Orthodox students in non-Jewish campuses (at least in the US and Canada). So there isn't one at Touro or Yeshiva University, but there is one at NYU, Columbia/Barnard and at some of the CUNYs-I just looked at the website amd I see they are at Brooklyn and Queens College. Each campus with a JLIC has a JLIC orthodox rabbi (and often wife) who hosts learning events, minyanim etc. Orthodox students all know where the JLIC is, they often have a facebook page or the like. Presumably they still have old fashioned bulletin boards, but I am just guessing on that one.
