See an endocrinologist.
It could be congenital adrenal hyperplasia. My relative had this and conceived quicky but is helpful to know if that's what she has.

It's not necessarily something to worry about but has she got a diagnosis? Could it be PCOS?
I've got PCOS and used to have very irregular periods but once I had my first child they became perfectly regular.

I would worry. It does sound like it could be PCOS.

If that's her only symptom, it's probably not PCOS.
I have regular periods and have PCOS - I'm diagnosed with literally every symptom that isn't period related.
She should see a specialist to get a real diagnosis.

I had this. My periods came
Months apart if at all. Was very nervous about having kids. Wanted to see a fertility specialist as soon as I got married. Instead, found out I was pregnant! I now have eight kids BEH.

My aunt didn't get her period naturally till after her wedding (no she didn't get married at 15 lol) and she has a family of children. I think they were all natural.

I barely got my period as a girl and bh have no fertility issues. I got pregnant right after my wedding and my 1st few kids are extremely close in age. We went to doctors and did testing, everything came back ok. The doctors said that as long as you get your period, it shouldn't cause fertility issues. We were also told that many times after a 1st pregnancy, your cycle starts becoming regular. And that's what happened to me.
We were told that we didn't need to say anything by shidduchim.

I was told it's normal for teenage girls and into the low twenties to get their periods very infrequently. I had this myself at that age. Became regular like clockwork every 28 days by my thirties. Bh no fertility issues.

I have a close relative who gets her period about 4 times a year. She has 6 children B"AH without intervention. Some of them have bigger spaces between them (biggest gap I think close to 4 years) but eventually they came.

I know someone who got her first period after her first baby.....
As a teen they had done all tests on her. She refused hormones just to bring on a period. They went to (I think it was) skulene rebbe and was given a bracha for healthy children. And told not to say by shiduchim.
She was in her early 20s when she got married. Around 9.5 months later she had a baby. The doctors told her her hormones post marriage might trigger ovulation.
