I think it's a very high end brand based in Toronto (though Paula just opened a branch in Crown Heights, corner of Union and Schenectady or Troy)

I have one that I got second hand and it’s amazingly comfortable. It’s an older one that is fully hand tied though .
She is known for very comfortable, high quality, realistic wigs
