Anyone can tell me about it?

I'm a mom of 4 delicious kids, oldest is 7.

I need help with understanding my children and not being to harsh on them. I grew up in a very emotionless home where no love was expressed. I always pleased my parents out of fear and had zero self confidence.

I really try to give my kids lots of love, but I feel like I'm lacking because of my childhood...

(sorry if I make no sense, I'm learning how to be in tune with myself..)

Is this course worthwhile for me to take?
