Tears usually become noticeable between one and three months. Are you sure she's crying without tears?

she doesnt really cry she just screams
now im getting worried

It can be a sign of blocked tear ducts or dehydration. You should mention this to her doctor. But there is still a significant chance it's nothing. If she's cried with tears before, that's a good sign.

she doesnt have any crust on her inner eyelids
and she drinks alot during the day (at least 5 bottles and a drink of juice at lunch and supper)
