You looked beautiful and appropriate. Congrats on your success with the weight loss! Maybe someday I’ll have your willpower. I’m currently eating pizza and fries, and thinking about ice cream. Comfort eating due to teenagers and work stress.  Do you have any tips for those of us who haven’t yet been successful with getting to a healthy weight?

No kids at home
So foods I shouldn’t eat DONT come in the house EVER.

reading this post reminded me of the recent sheva brachos I co-hosted...I wore a dark dress with a delicate floral print and heels...I guess I didn't get the memo that the attire was casual- over sized sweaters and leather boots...
oh well!! I was the only one in heels and I did feel stupid!! so hard to know!!
how did every single woman there know this upscale evening Sheva brachos was a casual attire event!?
