After reading all the beautiful posts about leah imeinu I'm actually starting to like the name
And it's also nice to see that there are Leahs with plenty of personality. Though if she has an easy going sweet personality like my grandmother that will be fine as well
No one is forcing me to name it, it was my grandmother and I feel it will be special to tell my child who she is named after vs my random name.
My husband also likes the idea of a second name, he has one in mind that I like as well so probably will go with that

My daughter's name is Leah. I hear your complaint about it being a boring name. But I disagree with the personality bit. My daughter has a ton of personality as did my grandmother whom she is named after.
We call her LeiLei (pronounced Lay Lay) to make her name more "fun".
