OP

I realize this may seem crazy but…
I have always found working with children to be the most rewarding. I worked in more ‘professional’ areas but worked as a morah in the preschool when my children were younger. Later, I worked as a nanny.
I returned to the business world about a year ago and I am miserable 😩. I miss working with children.
However, I do need to earn a certain amount to help my family stay afloat.
Are there any imas out there who have pursued being a full time ‘frum’ nanny ?
If so, how do you go about marketing yourself as such?
Thank you!

I think that a lot of people who can afford a nanny would be interested in this! It's hard already finding a good nanny, a frum one is rare. You will probably be able to pick and choose.

I tried hiring one but 1. it was too expensive 2. they didn’t want to do any sort of tidying up/ washing dishes 3. they didn’t want to work hard days like erev yt, Purim, late on fridays, etc.
for all those reasons I ended up hiring someone not Jewish.

This. I interviewed a frum lady to be a nanny. Her first question was how much am I paying. Her next statement was that she doesn’t work on erev yomtov and wants to be paid for the whole pesach and have off.
Clearly not do-able for a working mother.
