You know those rectangular plastic containers that have three sections?
Trying to figure out what the volume of one of the sections is so I can track how much I'm eating. Any idea?
Is one section of rice/couscous/pasta one serving?

Fill each section with water, pour it out into a clear measuring cup, raise the cup to eye level and read the volume of the water. That will give you the volume of that section. How many servings a section contains will obviously depend on the volume of that section.

Why don't you just measure your food before you put it in?
