looking for a healthy recipe.
what can I put in to make it tasty but with no rubbish ing.
I usually use cooked quinoa as a binder but want it to come out crispy in the oven.
anyone can help?

I don't consider b crumbs and matzah meal rubbish but I try to stay away from wheat.
there are other ing inc in recipes that are rubbish. recognise when they are posted.

I make them for keto diet… don’t use any starch, just salmon (or tuna), Mayo, eggs, diced red pepper, tons of spices and olive oil.

I dont use mayo-I use cooked quinoa as a binder.
which spices do you use?
I wish to use olive oil but it has a low smoke point so I dont use in baking.

if I fry it in butter will it come out crispy than in the oven?
is it difficult as in burning to fry in butter?

do you put in onions?
would you put in veg like zucchinni and carrots?
or is diced sauteed pepper what goes well with salmon patties?

I see everywhere in recipes in fish cakes to use green onions.
what are these in the uk?
I want to use it with red pepper.
should I sautee first or chop in tiny pieces and add to mixture etc?

Nutritional Yeast could be a great substitute for flour. Here are some recipes:
