Is there an organization similar to Lema’an Achai in Israel, which is where we live, but situated in Florida that will help a family get their finances in order and learn how to budget their money? Preferably free services.

Do you mean Mesilla? Yad L'Achim is a counter-missionary organization that has nothing to do with budgeting. Either way, bumping this for you so maybe someone local will see it and have an idea for you.
