If you had a mattress with a few years of stains (sweat and urine) have you been successful at removing those stains? If so, how? Is there a service to hire?

Stains can’t removed.

It is the reason why even adults without bed wetting issues use mattress covers which project the mattress from staining as they covers can be washed and bleached or they can be replaced completely because they are inexpensive.

You can also buy covers that are bedbug proof as well if that is a concer.

I used this for a sweat stain and it worked. It wasn't a very old stain.

I’ve used a combo of baking soda and peroxide to remove stains. Try googling for an exact tutorial
