For many people eating carbs/sugar makes them hungrier. It stimulates the grehlin hormone (craving hormone) and not the liptin (fullness) hormones. I hope I spelled those right.

You need to eat more fruits (apples, blueberries), nuts and seeds, whole grains, beans, and hi fiber vegetables( checked broccoli, )

Agreed. I think it’s Ghrelin and Leptin but any way you spell it, we are in agreement.
