Why am I still starving?

Here’s what I ate:
Coffee
Greek yogurt with cut up pears and granola (homemade oats sea salt dark chocolate chips maple syrup)
Tuna sandwich (tuna salad& hot peppers on rye bread)
Smoothie (banana, natural peanut butter, dates, cinnamon, almond milk, lots of ice)
Lots of snackers crackers, slices of cheddar cheese and hot peppers as snack
Two dark chocolate coconut snacks

I’m not on any kind of diet or trying to lose any weight. I’m wondering why I feel so hungry all day.

For many people eating carbs/sugar makes them hungrier. It stimulates the grehlin hormone (craving hormone) and not the liptin (fullness) hormones. I hope I spelled those right.

You might be deficient in a vitamin, which is sometimes caused by poor absorption rather than a lack of the vitamin in food.

I used to eat sandwiches for lunch and I would be starving all day. Removing bread from my daily diet and replacing it with a salad and a protein has made all the difference.

You need to eat more fruits (apples, blueberries), nuts and seeds, whole grains, beans, and hi fiber vegetables( checked broccoli, )

Agreed. I think it’s Ghrelin and Leptin but any way you spell it, we are in agreement.
