Basil is the most upscale but mozzarella has delicious food and a great ambiance, it's just slightly more casual

Bison and bourbon just opened a new dairy place called Bass and bourbon. I heard it's beautiful and delicious!

Seems like basil and mozzarella are on top of the list!

Basil has outdoor seating in the front of the store and Mozzarella has backyard seating.

Bass and Bourbon is in Red Hook, not Crown Heights but beats the others hands down in terms of ambience and food.
