Does anyone have experience using CBD and/or other vitamins/supplements for emotional regulation. My DD is 7 yrs old with ADHD, sensory processing disorder, visual processing disorder and anxiety. We've had success with diet changes and adding magnesium but at this point, she needs a bit more help. Thinking of trying adding CBD to the mix.

All input appreciated, thanks!

We had moderate success with a very specific type of omega 3 recommended by Dr Hallowell but ultimately for two of my kids it was not enough and we medicated in the end.

I tried it for dd at that age. It did make a difference but she complained it made her tired so we stopped.

Happy to feel validated, I thought something is off with me if I don't see any difference

Thanks! Did you start them at the same time or introduced them one by one?
