How does Cat & Jack sizes run? Ordering sweatshirts for kids 2 and 4 years old, should I take a 2 and 4 or 3 and 5?

I would not size up. It's usually either true to size or too big.

If your kids usually wear a 2t and 4t in other brands get those sizes. They run pretty accurate.
