Is there a good English book library in or near RBS especially with good kids’ books. or anywhere within driving distance?

Shira Smiles used to have a kids library at her house. I'm not sure if she still does because my kids are bigger and don't go there anymore. And I agree the one in Beit Shemesh is much better than the one in RBS and worth the drive to get there.
