Wondering if I am the only one who feels worse the night and day after the fast than on the fast itself? Weak, nauseous, throwing up, migraines.

It's really common. I learned some tricks over time that help. Break your fast with a drink. Drink slowly for half an hour. Then eat really light food, usually plain carbs are best. Eat one bite at a time, wait a few minutes between each bite. Then take an hour break. You can try a light protein like fish, chicken or eggs, also take breaks between bites. Keep sipping on a drink all night. No more food until the morning.

Me.
I'm 7 months pregnant. Surprisingly got through the fast bh fine, I was weak by the end but that's it
Last night I could not sleep, I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes about to throw up. Now lying in my bed trying to regain some strength
