Hi,
My duaghter is new to cricut...she is trying to cut an image of a lulav from an image she found online. She saved the image to her computer but cricut says she cant use it because its an unsupported file.
We checked, and it ends in html.
I know we need it to end in png, or svg, right?
How do we go about doing that?
She has tried this with multiple pictures, same story...
Thanks in advance!
ETA one thing we tried is, when saving the image to the computer, selecting the dropdown by "save as type", hoping we would see other types to hoose from, but the only choice was "all files" which we tried and didnt seem to work

You have to find a vector file. Google images are usually .jpg files.
There are a lot of free sites you can download vectors from.
I use these two:
Vecteezy.com
Freepik.com (filter on side for vector only)

Try clicking on the photo until it takes you to the site it's in, then save image.

You can save the image from google and then use a free site such as: pngtosvg.com and it will change it to an svg file for you. You can then upload the svg file to cricut design space
