Lunch: whole wheat melba toast, can tuna, veggies
Snack: fruit, whole wheat pretzels or popcorn, cheese
Dinner: chicken leg, brown rice, veggies
Snack: fruit
And drink lots of water throughout the day

Tuna, Chicken, Steak, Edamame,
Cheese, Feta, etc
1 TBSP Olive oil
Snack Coffee with Almondmilk No sweetner
Dinner
Huge salad
Roasted Vegetable or Vegetable Soup
Choice of protein
Tuna, Chicken, Steak, Edamame,
