I’m in a Jewish Geneology Facebook group and someone descended from Gerrer Chasidim posted asking if anyone with Gerrer antecedents knows the song “Jadą Chassidim do Góry.” Apparently it was sung on the train journey to visit the Rebbe.
He’d like to hear the song if he can, but also would like to know who composed it and when.
Anyone familiar with it?
I thought this site might get better results than a secular Facebook group.
