There's plenty of real food that doesn't have that- matzah, lox, deli, chicken, dairy, etc. Your main problem is just dessert type food. Will he be placated with some chocolate when everyone else has a cookie? (I do this with my wheat and egg allergic toddler every shabbos)

Yogurts
String cheese
Matzah with cheese
Matzah with sauce and cheese
Matzah “cereal”
Matzah with cream cheese
Matzah with chocolate spread (check for allergens)
Fish
French fries
Mashed potatoes
Fruits
Vegetables
Potato chips
Applesauce
Pudding
Chicken
Meat
Smoothies

I wonder if your Rav would be ok with him having kitniyos products at that age? Rice cakes, corn chips, bamba if that’s not an issue for him..

Good point. We also offer my allergic son ices or ice cream (check for eggs) when he can’t have what the other kids are having. Watermelon is pretty popular too.

Make him ice cream out of whipped cream. Be careful with pesach ice cream - most are made with eggs.
You can use banana as an egg replacement in cookies.
Potato kugel can be made without eggs.
I believe all the store bought cookies/cakes for pesach had eggs.
Most of the pesach cereals and crackers have eggs, but we found a few last year that didn't. Read ingredients!

It's so hard when you feel like you are denying your child all these treats. But know that there are so many options now adays that he doesn't need to feel left out
